This new tool has been conceived and developed by Allan Sayle
and enables organizations to truly track the extent to which suppliers (and
internal activities) improve their value for money, VFM, performance, over
time as distinct from monitoring only quality improvements through scorecards
or noting price/ cost patterns. Supply Chain Value
We can assist you on this matter by training your staff in
supply chain improvement, assessment or management. Process Management
This is now the internationally adopted method for Process Owners
to manage their processes, especially when implementing programs based on ISO
9000:2000 and its various derivatives, such as TS 16949:2002. It was
developed by Allan Sayle in the early 1970s about 25 years before being
adopted by ISO 9000:2000 styled quality programs and the attendant
registration industry. Select this course if you want your people to learn
first-hand from its originator. The course shows how: o To perform
and properly use the Process Approach for managing their work. o To uncover
process and system problems and opportunities for rapidly improving results. o To use the
Process Approach for ascertaining the safety and environmental status of
practices. o To
properly use the Process Approach in conjunction with “Cost of Quality”
analyses. This course is suitable for your Process Owners and managers
wanting to plan, manage and improve processes on a day-to-day basis. Auditing and assessments Value
Assessments
This unique training, understood to be the only one of its kind
available in the world, is aimed at improving the value for money performance
of the organization. Value assessing (sometimes called “ Value-added
auditing”) is an area in which Allan Sayle has been acknowledged as a
pioneer. It shows how: o To
contribute positively to increasing shareholder value through business
performance improvement. o To
determine the efficacy of the organization's business model, management
systems and practices for meeting future business targets and objectives and
for enhancing shareholder value. o To plan,
perform and report the results of value assessments. o To
determine the real threats to achieving business targets, objectives and
shareholder value. Management
Audits
Acknowledged as “the finest training available”, by the
American Society for Quality, ASQ, and acclaimed by thousands of delighted
delegates that have attended Allan Sayle’s seminars and by organizations that
have then reaped the benefits of their trained auditors, this training
teaches how: o To plan,
perform and report the results of management audits. o To use the
“Process Approach” (or “Task Element Approach”) to auditing – developed
by Allan Sayle in the 1970s. o To obtain
information concerning the actual status of an organization's
management systems and practices so that proper management decisions can be
made. o To audit
against any objective(s) set by management (including how to audit against
any Quality standard; particularly ISO 9000 and its offshoot
standards, such as TS 16949, ISO 14001 etc.). o To assess
against any business sector and statutory requirement. o To
determine the real causes of quality and operational
problems. o To
recommend efficacious, cost effective corrective action to those problems. o To
contribute positively to increase company profitability and performance by
performing value-adding audits. Process

was developed by Allan Sayle in the early 1970s about 25 years before being
